Falcon, 1900 hours flat GMT -7 is 7 PM evening my tiime, so if you are trying to offer me 1600 hours my time, i.e. 1600 hours GMT my time, that is 4 in afternoon Friday, that would be FINE, I meet you then in TeamSpeak.
