What's the current policy with pilots on leave for a looooong time?
Some of them havn't even flown a match. Are their policies in place to clean up this list? Just curious after looking at the stagnant portion of the ladder.

In the past we've been contacting people and allowing them a certain amount of time to respond. If they don't, they get removed.
The list is definately getting long. We are trying to knock it back.
If you or anyone else reading this know the guys, ask them about their status in the IDFL and tell them we would love to have them here. If they can't afford the time to fly, please let them know to send me a mail.
