When you use the MAKE CHALLENGE function, it will tell you who you are entitled to challenge. It will calculate this based on 10 people above, and 5 below. After you choose your challenger, it registers the match in the database and sends an email to the other person.
The Admins cannot score a match that hasn't been created by the Make Challenge function.
You are welcome to fly the match (practice makes perfect), but it won't count in the RACE statistics due to the above rules.
