I'm GMT -6.

The earliest I could fly would be, if I got it right, 2300 GMT, which would be 1700 my time.

I actually have a dentist appointment at 1540, my time, today so i could fly around 2300 GMT give or take a few minutes. That makes it approximately 0800 for you right?

The latest I could fly is probably 2300 my time which is 0500 GMT or 1400 for you.

Let me know which works best.

If my math is correct that would be:
That would be 10AM Thursday morning for me or 0200 GMT Thursday.
