Guys, especially the new ones.

This thread discusses the scoring system that is used during the race.
I have posted the formula used in the web league above, a link to a Wikipedia page that explains Elo Rating, and a link to a spreadsheet that shows a bunch of sample results.

You can download the EXCEL Version of the spreadsheet from:
