Secure Falcon requires ADMIN access

Hi guys,

Secure Falcon needs to be run from an ADMIN account. Using Window's RUN AS ADMIN is not enough.

Some symptoms are:
1) Joystick is not available for selection in the F4AF -> Setup -> Control Tab
2) Loss of Joystick, Mouse, and Keboard control in the 3D world.
