What is the formula for Ratings

My squadron is interested in setting up a internal dogfight competition.
We like the way the points system works on this ladder and would like to implement it to are own.

If you would be so kind to pass me the formula for the Ratings I would appreciate it.
And for that mater the percentage though I think I have that one covered.

Hey Rotor,

Check out this thread, and have a look at the posts I put there.
You will see the formula, a link to a Wiki page that explains about the ELO Rating system, and in the second post, a link to a spreadsheet that shows score allocations based on a K-Factor of 32, which we are using.
